1. Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD ($).

• Customers in Canada who wish to pay in CAD ($) via e-transfer can inquire through Instagram @kisspink or email kisspinkart@gmail.com

• Toronto customers are welcome to pay cash upon pickup.

2. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via UPS and typically take 1 week after shipment, depending on your region.

• For expedited shipping, please contact us for arrangements at an additional cost.

• Once shipped, we provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for any issues during transit; please contact UPS directly for inquiries.

3. Production Time

• Each art piece is custom-made to order. Please allow time for the artist to create your unique piece.

• Slight variations from the picture may occur as every item is handcrafted while maintaining the same theme.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns or refunds are accepted.

• Refunds for canceled orders will only be processed if requested within 24 hours of purchase. A $15–$20 deduction will apply to cover app fees.

5. Damaged Items

• All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

• File a claim with UPS for compensation.

• Contact us on the same day with photos of the damaged item. We will replace , charging only material,shipping cost.

6. Product Details

• A clear protective coat is applied to most pieces, creating a glossy finish and protecting the artwork. Minor drips may occur on the underside but are unnoticeable when the piece is displayed.
